Volunteer archivist and veterans' advocate Laura Stotts, who helps preserve WWII veteran Andrew Pendleton's stories and documents, discovered a striking connection after the 2023 identification of Tuskegee Airman 2nd Lt. Fred Brewer Jr.'s remains.
